Cancellation and Refund Policy
PEAK PERIOD
Where 28 days notice is given, deposits or prepayments will be refunded with the following options:
Option A: Full credit of deposit or prepayment to a future booking (to be used within 12 months)
Option B: Refund of deposit or prepayment less $20 administration fee for cash or credit card refunds. $50 administration fee for cheque refunds.
NOTE: If less than 28 days notice is given no refund is applicable.
OFF PEAK PERIOD
Where 7 days notice is given deposits or prepayments will be refunded with the following options:
Option A: Full credit of deposit or prepayment to a future booking (to be used within 12 months)
Option B: Refund of deposit or prepayment less $20 administration fee for cash or credit card refunds. $50 administration fee for cheque refunds.
