This Mooloolaba family Caravan Park is set on 5 acres of beachfront land adjacent to Mooloolaba Wharf , surf club shops & eateries.
The family holiday haven specialises in providing prime tourist caravan and camping sites right on the best beach on the Sunshine Coast. The shady caravan sites all have concrete pads for your annexe and the grounds are fully fenced with boom-gate access to ensure a peaceful and secure stay at this attractive Sunshine Coast caravan park.
All sites a just a short walk to the modern centrally located amenities block and laundry. All 95 caravan sites have power, water and sullage points.
Ocean Beach (off Mooloolaba Esplanade)
34 caravan sites overlook the beach and rock pools is operated in conjunction with the Mooloolaba Beach Caravan Park situated in Parkyn Parade.
These sites all have power, water and sullage points and concrete pads for the annexe.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
Where at least 28 days notice of full cancellation has been given, deposits or prepayments will be refunded with the following options:
- Option A: full credit to a future booking (to be used within 12 months)
- Option B: Refund of deposit less $30 cancellation fee
Where less than 28 days notice has been given or for partial cancellation, deposits will be refunded with the following options:
- If site or cabin is rebooked then Options A or B above are applicable.
- If site or cabin is not rebooked, no refund is made.
Please note: No refund for early departure or late arrival.
